FRIENDS!!!

We are so thankful for the friends that God has put in our lives. And it’s exciting that many of our friends have kids that are the same ages as ours. We wanted to share a few pictures of us with our friends over the past few months.

We didn’t know it at the time this was taken, but this was Jack’s last day as an only child. We had a playdate with Ava and Kalea. Chloe was there too, but she didn’t make it into the picture. As you can see, Jack is a little intimitaded by the ladies.

Jack and his friend Judah first hit it off when they realized they could play peek-a-boo under the kitchen table together. Later they gave each other high fives and even hugs. They get to see each other at church sometimes!

This is Katie’s friend Brooklynn. Her Daddy was our Daddy’s roommate for a long time.

We have lots of great friends from our old church in Oxnard. We miss them!

We met Brooklynn at the mall for the girls’ first playdate. Katie was only 3 weeks old so she was having a bit of trouble sitting up.

Katie and Brooklynn saw each other a few weeks later and decided to hold hands! Seriously! We Moms didn’t set this one up!

We had a great few days at the Resolved Conference in Palm Springs with our friends the Jacksons (and some wonderful family!!)

Since the Milletts and the Wick girls were all at the Picture People at the same time taking Pajama Pictures, the girls decided to take one together!

These are some of Mommy’s friends from her days at Legacy. These girls were her fourth and fifth grade students. Now they are freshmen in high school. YIKES!

Katie and Grace got to go to the Dodger game with their Daddys . . . and their Mommys!

Mommy and the kids got to go on a camping adventure in Big Sur. We met up with family and old and dear friends from when she was a kid. In fact, all of these families used to camp together way back then. It was great to be together again . . . and now with a new generation of kiddos!

Meanwhile, Daddy was at the Worship God conference in Maryland with his old college friend Siona.

Tonight was a big FRIEND night as you can see. We had all of the girls over! Jack went to bed early, but the girls posed for this photo shoot after a BBQ and a showing of Invisible Children.
